What is Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)?

The Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) is designed for the HR professional who works across international lines and must understand the profession when dealing with different countries and national guidelines. The GPHR demonstrates your expertise of multinational HR responsibilities, including strategies of globalization development of HR policies and initiatives that support organizational global growth.

 Who should enrol?

A GPHR candidate will have two-to-four years of cross border experience at developing and implementing global HR strategies.

 Eligibility Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional-level HR position with a Master’s degree or higher, OR
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional-level HR position with a Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position with less than a Bachelor’s degree
